The Middle East Institute is proud to be associated with “Water and Oil,” an exhibition at the European Cultural Center’s “Time Space Existence” architecture biennial.

This exhibition features the photographers Hoda Afshar, Tahmineh Monzavi, Rahi Rezvani, and Hashem Shakeri to explore themes like diaspora, memory, gender, and environmentalism in Iran.

This exhibition is open to the public from May 10 to November 23, 2025 at the Palazzo Bembo.
