In October 2013, Amnesty International issued the report, "Will I be next?" documenting recent drone killings in northwest Pakistan that may amount to war crimes or extrajudicial killings, including the killings of a grandmother and 14-year-old  boy. The  report garnered international attention and raised critical questions about the US government's policies. Naureen Shah is an advocacy advisor at Amnesty International USA and a frequent commentator on U.S. counterterrorism policy and human rights.

This event is co-sponsored by the Middle Eastern Law Students Association (MELSA) and the Human Rights Institute
